My name is Elyssa and I have had a passion for baking for as long as I can remember. Anytime there was a family function or get together, I always wanted to make a dessert because I just genuinely enjoyed it. I'm so excited to share my love of baking with the world, as well as make people happy with my treats along the way,

I am so excited to be able to share my love of baking and sweets with everyone. Elyssa's Sweet Treats is run by me, Elyssa, and occasionally I have some help from my husband and my awesome parents when it comes to pictures and making sure the business runs as smooth as possible.
At Elyssa's Sweet Treats you will find that I make many different desserts including cookies, cakes, and seasonal desserts. I also offer options to those who may have gluten allergies and take special care when preparing those items. No matter if there's an allergy or not, I make sure to keep my environment clean and hygienic. A big part of my business is also ensuring that you receive your item/items as fresh as possible because that's what I would want as a customer.
I conduct my home bakery through compliance with the Texas Cottage Food Law and I also have a food manager card through the state of Texas.
